Lazy blissballs

I love snacking. It’s just a tiny something between the meals, I won’t get full but I have the joy of tasting food. And I love food. I mean – who doesn’t? But since I don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen for a little snack I often go with no-preparation things like fruits or packaged snacks. A bit boring hm? That’s what I tought too, so I mixed some things together and formed them to little balls before I had to run off to catch my flight to Kuala Lumpur. Turned out quite delicious!

Ingredients

  • 150 g    Roasted Chestnuts
  • 100 g    Dates
  • 50 g        Dried Plums
  • 130 g    Mixed Nuts
  • 2 tsp        Coconutoil

Preparation time: 10-20 Minutes (depends on how good your blender is).
Makes for 25 blissballs.

Instructions

Peel the chestnuts. Cut the dates and plums into small pieces. Put the nuts in a blender and blend them until they’re flour. Then add all the other ingredients and blend it until it’s a sticky mass. Take a teaspoon full of the mass and form it to a little ball between your hands. If you like you can now roll the ball in coconut flakes, maca powder, aronia powder or whatever you like to give it a little extra flavor. Repeat.

Enjoy the easy life! ♡
