Every year when we visited our great grandmother around Christmas she used to serve us Russenzopf. It’s a traditional cake in western Europe and I love it with my whole heart. It’s perfectly moist (you probably know by now that I love moist cakes), it has a delicious hazelnut filling and is a little sour on top – just how I like it. I was pretty proud how my own take on it turned out – very close to the original. If you want to treat yourself to this delicious cake, give it a go! … More Vegan Russenzopf
Every year I’m really exited for citrus season to start. I love the smell and taste of every single citrus fruit, but oranges do hold a special place in my heart. Probably it’s my fathers love for them, that he passed on to me. Every winter he would buy big bags full of oranges and store a few of them in the fridge, because they taste better cold. During advent season I squeezed the peel so it would squirt into the flame of the candles, that we lit up every night. What a wonderful scent!
So now that we started selling oranges at the market I of course wanted to make an orange cake – and so I did. I’ll promise you – your house will smell delicious (and you’re taste buds will also be delighted)! … More Vegan Orange-Ginger Cake

So here they are – hearty pre-christmas apple-chai muffins! … More Vegan Apple-Chai Muffins
With the first snow laying on the ground I realized that I’m not quite ready to let go of autumn. I just love the rustling of the leaves, the crisp air and sunbeams peeking trough the trees – but of course also the cozy evenings inside with a hot tea, snuggled up to my love. So I made a cake, that captures all these feelings. Juicy, sweet pear mixed with the hearty flavor of vanilla. If you’re in for a little more autumn – go give it a try! … More Vegan Vanilla-Pear Cake
My Instagram feed has been filled with pictures of cinnamon buns lately and since they look so darn delicious I really wanted to make them myself. But because it’s pumpkin season I also wanted to make something with pumpkins – so why not combine it? And let me tell you – if you’re only going to try out one of my recipes, I strongly recommend this one. It turned out perfectly fluffy-pumpkiny-moist if I say so myself. … More Vegan Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls
