As August came around the plums in our garden started ripening and we had them at the market for the first time this year. Exiting times for a plum fan like me! Many of them didn’t make it into the kitchen and were devoured straight away, but luckily we had enough so that I could start experimenting with them. As it’s still quite hot here in Switzerland (and probably everywhere where it’s still summer) I went for a light combo with lemon.
