Last weekend the very talented Olga from …magazin was talking about crumble, and as I haven’t made one in a way to long time, I felt inspired to do so. Obviously I had to make one with rhubarbs and berries.. because, you know, it’s super delicious! But as you maybe know from previous posts, I bake for MaxMoriz (it’s a vegan ‚Mittagsbuffet‘ in Aarau, Switzerland), so it had to be a cake. I simply made a less juicy (but still juicy) crumble on top of a fluffy and light vanilla cake base.
