Rainbow Swiss Chard Galette
Every year we have this beautifully rainbow colored swiss chard at the market. It has all these stunning red, pink, orange, yellow and white shades. I love to cook with it as it’s just a joy to have these many colors on the plate. Mostly I just stew it, put a little cream and spices on it and eat it with rice or pasta.
