Every year we have this beautifully rainbow colored swiss chard at the market. It has all these stunning red, pink, orange, yellow and white shades. I love to cook with it as it’s just a joy to have these many colors on the plate. Mostly I just stew it, put a little cream and spices on it and eat it with rice or pasta. Beet Crêpes aka Pink Omelettes

In autumn and winter food tends to be more orange and brownish (hello there pumpkins and potatoes) but I really wanted to have some color on my plate.
