Every year we have this beautifully rainbow colored swiss chard at the market. It has all these stunning red, pink, orange, yellow and white shades. I love to cook with it as it’s just a joy to have these many colors on the plate. Mostly I just stew it, put a little cream and spices on it and eat it with rice or pasta. Fruity Elderflower Galette (with vegan option)

this weekend I finally took on the challenge to make one of those beautiful galettes I saw for months (or years?) in my Instagram feed. And it wasn’t a challenge at all – it’s so easy to make! And I bet you have all the ingredients it takes at home, as you only need flour, butter, water, salt, sugar and literally any fruit you have on hand. It almost can’t get any simpler! So if you’d like to impress someone with a fancy looking breakfast or dessert, that’s actually super easy, I’d recommend you to try a galette.
