As I live in Switzerland, I don’t have access to local exotic fruits such as mangoes or pineapples. But because I love these fruits so much I treat myself a few times a year and buy one. Sadly, they do not taste anything like when you’re somewhere where they grow locally. The closest I get to the sweetness level and taste of locally grown fruits is with dried ones. My Favorite Red Smoothie

As I named this blog ‚Breakfast Stories‘ originally, I thought, why not actually share one of my favorite breakfasts? I’m a big fan of red smoothie bowls (other colors are great too, but no-one can beat the red one), so I’ve made quite a few of them over the years. My recipe is ever-changing but is sticking with me for over three months now, so I thought it was about time to share it with you.
