Colorful Kale Salad

Winter time means kale time. It must’ve been 4 or 5 years ago that I first had kale salad. It was a delight. Ever since it’s one of my favorite winter salads (next to my other two favorites – chicory salad and the good old lambs lettuce) and I’m always looking forward to it. Salad Topping Two Ways

As the weather is getting warmer my cravings are shifting towards fresh fruits and salads.
