Salad Topping Two Ways

As the weather is getting warmer my cravings are shifting towards fresh fruits and salads. But as we all know well, they don’t keep us nourished for a whole day – that’s why I like to add little bits and bobs to my salads. Mostly it’s roasted veggies, some sort of cheese or eggs.
