Fruity Elderflower Galette (with vegan option)

this weekend I finally took on the challenge to make one of those beautiful galettes I saw for months (or years?) in my Instagram feed. And it wasn’t a challenge at all – it’s so easy to make! And I bet you have all the ingredients it takes at home, as you only need flour, butter, water, salt, sugar and literally any fruit you have on hand. It almost can’t get any simpler! So if you’d like to impress someone with a fancy looking breakfast or dessert, that’s actually super easy, I’d recommend you to try a galette. Smoothie Ice Cubes three ways

As I live in Switzerland, I don’t have access to local exotic fruits such as mangoes or pineapples. But because I love these fruits so much I treat myself a few times a year and buy one. Sadly, they do not taste anything like when you’re somewhere where they grow locally. The closest I get to the sweetness level and taste of locally grown fruits is with dried ones.
