Pumpkin Mac’n’Cheese

I had a really big craving for mac n cheese for over to years now. I even went to the states and never managed to eat some. So a week ago I had a jar of pumpkin purée left and didn’t know what to make for dinner. Then I had the brilliant idea of making a pumpkin mac’n’cheese and it turned out so good! I mean really good. I was really surprised as I thought it might be a bit too heavy but it was just the right balance. It’s the perfect comfort food for the chilly autumn days. … More Pumpkin Mac’n’Cheese

Nut Butter Three Ways

This actually is the easiest recipe I’ve ever made. It only takes one ingredients and eight minutes of time. As you already know from the titel – it’s nut butter! I don’t know why it took me so long to try this but I’m so glad I finally did. Making it myself is super convenient for me, as I go trough one jar every one or two weeks. I put it on my morning porridge, in a sauce or eat it just plain. I might have nut butter addiction.. As soon as the leaves start falling there are little roasted chestnut stalls popping up all over the place. There is one on my way to the train station after working at the market on Saturdays and I’m always so tempted to buy some – sadly they’re quite expensive.
