Vegan Plum & Lemon Cake

As August came around the plums in our garden started ripening and we had them at the market for the first time this year. Exiting times for a plum fan like me! Fruity Elderflower Galette (with vegan option)

this weekend I finally took on the challenge to make one of those beautiful galettes I saw for months (or years?) in my Instagram feed. And it wasn’t a challenge at all – it’s so easy to make! So if you’d like to impress someone with a fancy looking breakfast or dessert, that’s actually super easy, I’d recommend you to try a galette. My version is with elderflowers as they are all over the place at the moment and their smell is insanely delicious. Hope you enjoy it! … More Fruity Elderflower Galette (with vegan option)
