Every year we have this beautifully rainbow colored swiss chard at the market. It has all these stunning red, pink, orange, yellow and white shades. Colorful Kale Salad

Winter time means kale time. It must’ve been 4 or 5 years ago that I first had kale salad. It was a delight. Ever since it’s one of my favorite winter salads (next to my other two favorites – chicory salad and the good old lambs lettuce) and I’m always looking forward to it.
